UN 2.0 LAUNCH CAMPAIGN: Skills and Culture for Better UN System Impact
Brand Identity
Guy Ryder, Under-Secretary-General for Policy of the UN, highlighted the future of the organization: “After 50 years of growth, one African Head of State asked if the UN was ready to usher them into the digital age. With UN 2.0, our answer is a resounding yes.”
The launch of UN 2.0 presents the Secretary-General’s vision for a modernized UN system, cultivating a forward-thinking culture and expertise in data, innovation, digital, foresight, and behavioral science to drive greater impact on the Sustainable Development Goals and support Member States.
In alignment with UN 2.0’s brand guidelines, design assets were created to strengthen the initiative’s visual identity: the UN 2.0 policy report, pull-up banners to embody innovation at events, business cards to promote the campaign, and social media templates to engage global audiences online. These materials ensure a consistent, cohesive, and impactful representation of UN 2.0, reinforcing its commitment to advancing collaboration for the SDGs.
